Careways partners with organisations to support leadership teams so that they can:
- Identify troubled and at-risk employees;
- Address declining job performance with them; and
- Refer to the Employee Wellness Programme should further intervention or assistance be indicated.
Support for management includes, but is not limited to:
- Employee performance issues;
- Employee safety and misconduct matters;
- Incapacity management;
- Absenteeism management; and
- Resilience support.
